Click on the Projects menu on the left-hand side of the menu, the select the SCHEDULE Tab to the right of the TABLE at the top. The project list will load up the list of projects you can search for and select. To begin you can select all or click to select multiple projects and click load to fill the project grid. You can also search for projects in the Search box. Note you can adjust the Zoom level at the top. If you’d like to filter projects list proceed to the Filter section next.
In the filter section you can filter to My Projects, where you are the PM or Principal, filter to Favorite Projects and include other project types like Estimate/Opportunity or show inactive projects. The filter at phase level will apply searches to values at the phase level instead of the project level, and the Assignments in different Orgs will show employee’s that are assigned to work on the project, but the employee is from a different organization than the project. At the bottom of the filter screen, you can save or use existing ‘saved filter searches'.
Other Setting Changes can be made in the Settings section, here you can choose to show the Project schedule In-line (one line per project) or show the project with the phases & tasks below the project.
The in-line option breaks out the phases as mentioned before. Tasks/Deliverables for each phase are also displayed.
