Click the Main menu and choose Assignment Builder to launch the PLANIF AI Assignment builder.
Check the phases you’d like to schedule and enter the start and end dates by using the Calendar button or manually enter dates.
The AI Assignment Builder will load up the Role/Generic Resources with typical amount of hours that are used on similar projects with similar fees and the CAN be edited in the dialog. Note what determine similarity is configured by Planifi for your organization. The experience values are weighted employee experience based on work on similar projects, work on that project type, and/or work done for this project’s PM. Availability is based on how available the employees are for each phase or task during the entered schedule for that phase or task. To plan employee’s just toggle the setting to On next their name, or if you do not select employee’s a generic resource will be used. Once you’re satisfied with the hours and team click the next button.
You can now review the team, make some adjustments and click Save when you’re satisfied with the team. Additionally, employees can be added by checking the box next to their name and then clicking Assign at the bottom. Click Save to finish creating the Plan.
