The Outlook integration allows managers to see all their project schedules on an outlook calendar and another calendar with all of the deliverables on their projects. Employees can use the Outlook integration to see all of the deliverables that are assigned to them and on another calendar their weekly assignments with information about how many hours their scheduled for on an assignment over the upcoming weeks as well as how many hours they’ve been budgeted in total and how many hours they’ve spent against that budget to date.
